Know Your Wannapay eWallet

Wannapay eWallet is a digital payment instrument (e-money) that stores funds pre-loaded by you. You may use it to make payments at participating merchants, transfer funds, or perform top-ups.

Each time a transaction is performed, the stored value in your eWallet will be deducted. Please ensure sufficient balance is maintained before initiating any transaction. No interest or profit will be earned on the stored balance.

Important Notes

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eWallet credentials, including your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and One-Time Password (OTP).
2. Do not share your PIN, OTP, or login information with others.
3. Report immediately if your device is lost or stolen, or if you notice suspicious or unauthorised transactions.
4. Always review your transaction history and wallet balance regularly.
